25 Automatic Discounts Error

Unfortunately, Shopify has a limit of 25 total automatic discounts.

This applies to ALL apps on your entire store combined, not just ours.

If you have any built-in Shopify automatic discounts, or you are using any other apps that created Shopify Functions discounts, they are included in the total.

Why can I only have 25?

This is a restriction placed by Shopify themselves.

No app can get around this. Not ours, nor anyone else's. However, we have options that allow you to create multiple discount conditions with a single "discount."

Workaround Use the Advanced Logic Builder

If you installed our app after March 5th, 2024, or you're on our legacy Premium plan or higher, then you can use our advanced logic builder to create a single discount that checks for multiple conditions, instead of 25 separate discounts.

I don't have 25 discounts, but I'm still seeing this error

If you don't have 25 discounts and you're still seeing this error, the cause could be a Shopify automatic discount.

If you have a Shopify automatic discount active, the Shopify automatic discount may prevent other automatic discounts from being activated, as you can only have 1 built-in automatic discount active at a t ime.

Workaround: Temporarily deactivate all Shopify automatic discounts, then save your Regios Discounts, then reactivate them.
