Our app gives you the ability to create discounts based on Shopify B2B companies.

Due to the Shopify Functions Input Query Complexity Limitation, B2B company eligibility conditions had to be put in their own separate discount type, rather than being available in other discount types. Also, due to this limitation, several features that are available in other discount types are not available in B2B company discounts (though you can submit a feature request).

How to create B2B company discounts

To create a new B2B company discount:

1. On the home screen of the app, click "Create discount."
2. You can use the AI Discount Generator, a pre-built template, or start from scratch.
3. If you click "Start from scratch," Scroll down to "Advanced discount types."
4. Click "B2B company."

B2B company eligibility conditions

Options:

• Include or exclude companies: Whether you want the specified companies to be eligible, or NOT eligible for the logic.
• Company eligibility: The companies that should be included or excluded. You can either choose "All B2B companies," or "Specific B2B companies."

Why are discounts not applying to B2B checkouts?

In Shopify B2B, discounts do not apply to B2B orders by default. However, Shopify has a specific flag that, when enabled, allows discount apps to apply on B2B checkouts. You must Shopify Support to enable this flag.
