Automatic DOPP Setup

To speed up the Discounts on Product Pages setup, our app can now automatically create a copy of your theme, adding any necessary app embeds/blocks, and pre-filling the right settings. Here's how to use this feature:

Go to the "Discount on Product Page" page in the app, and then select the theme you'd like to display discounted prices in. Select "Automatic," and then click "Next."

Confirm your theme type (from our Supported Themes list), or "Other theme." Click "Generate theme ZIP."

Once the generation completes, download the ZIP. In a new tab, visit the "Online Store" page in your Shopify admin dashboard. Click "Import theme > Upload zip file" at the top right.

Click "Add file" or drag and drop your ZIP file in. Once Shopify has imported the theme, you can preview the new theme and see discounted prices displayed.

IMPORTANT: If you change pagination settings in your theme (e.g. "Products per page," "Product limit," etc.), you'll need to update the app block settings in your theme to keep the app working as intended.
