# Help! The Discounted Prices Are Displaying To Everyone!

**THIS DOCUMENT IS FOR THE "DISCOUNTED PRICE" BLOCK. FOR INFORMATION ABOUT THE NEW VERSION OF THE "DISCOUNT ON PRODUCT PAGE" (DOPP) FEATURE, [CLICK HERE](/en/article/how-to-display-discounts-on-product-pages-1sj49lh/).**

There are a few possible reasons why your "Discounted Price" block might appear to be offering discounted prices to everyone.

#### Possibility 1 - You don't have Visibility settings enabled

If you would like the discounted price to only show to specific people, make sure the "Visibility > Only customers with specific tags can see this" checkbox is checked, and then enter the tags in the "Visibility > Customer tags, separated by commas" text field.

#### Possibility 2 - Your theme is not Dawn/not based on Dawn
As mentioned [here in the tutorial](https://regiostech.crisp.help/en/article/discounted-price-block-1okev30/#3-strikethrough-price), the HTML for this app block is based on the Dawn theme.

Unfortunately, it is simply impossible to support every theme with this app block, because:
* Every theme is completely different
* Shopify app blocks only allow up to 25 settings

If you are on a different theme, you will need to [make CSS customizations to your theme](https://regiostech.crisp.help/en/article/discounted-price-block-1okev30/#1-additional-css-customizations), in order to hide the make the CSS classes we use for "hidden" prices to actually hide elements on your page.

Fortunately, we have a new version of this feature that will work with more themes. To get updated when it's available, please [upvote and comment on this thread in our public feedback board](https://regios-technologies-inc.canny.io/feature-requests/p/show-discounted-prices-on-product-pages).

#### Possibility 3 - You have "Show original price if discount doesn't apply" checked
As mentioned [here in the tutorial](https://regiostech.crisp.help/en/article/discounted-price-block-1okev30/#3-strikethrough-price), "If this is checked and the customer is not eligible for the discount, then the original price will be shown, like how it appears by default in Dawn."
